What are the expected delivery times?
Dispatches are done within 2-5 working days of placing the order and deliveries usually take 2 - 10 days (2-5 days for Metros, 2-10 days for Non-Metros) to arrive, depending on the location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will be informed through an email and message when your shipment is dispatched. You can also track your order here.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy starting from the date of delivery.
How will I receive my refund?
We offer both “Refund to original payment method” and "Gift cards" as options.
For COD orders, the refund amount can be a gift card to be used on next purchase or refunded to the bank account via UPI/Razorpay.
For prepaid orders, amount will be refunded to their original payment source.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours and it will reflect in your account within 4-6 working days.
Refund via gift card will reflect immediately after the product is picked up for return.
How do I place a return or exchange request?
For returns, all you need to do is ensure that the items are unused, unwashed, unsoiled and have the original tags in place. To place a request for return, please send us a message on +91 8860877777, within 7 days from the date of delivery and we would have the items collected from you. Please place the garments in their original box and hand it over to the pickup courier executive.
What are the product conditions for the return?
All you need to do is ensure that the items are unused, unwashed, unsoiled and have the original tags in place.
No returns or refunds would be possible on items bought in the following scenarios:
(i) those on sale
(ii) those bought in exhibitions or pop ups.
(iii) those products which have been altered or used
(iv) Those that have been misread or wrongly ordered by the customer
(v) Teether and toys
(vi) Black Friday sales products will not be exchanged or refund.
What should I do if I receive wrong or defective item?
Damaged and defective product must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to hello@bubz.in/ whatsapp us at +91 8860877777 with your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we are happy to help.
What is your quality check process at the time of return?
Please inspect the item for any damage, wear, or missing parts. Once the item is ready for return, ensure the logistics executive scans the AWB number during handover. This ensures the return is processed smoothly and meets our quality standards.
